[1] - created on basement of 1st Czechoslovak independent fighter air regiment.
[2] - post war reorganization, basement for 4th Czechoslovak join air division.
[3] - until April 1945 division got another 147 Soviet technicians.
[4] - was disciplinary subordinated to command of 1st Czechoslovak army corps, but in combat actions subordinated to Soviet air command.
[5] - commander lieutenant general Zhdanov V.N.
[6] - 1st fighter air regiment and 3rd attack air regiment. The 2nd regiment continued in training on airport Iwonicz (near Krosno), from 12.04. on airport Balice and Miedzyrzecze (near Krakow).
[7] - ULa-5 and UIl-2 were training modifications of planes La-5 and Il-2.
