Established: 26.04.1974 by Central committee of Communist party of Czechoslovakia.
Awarded to: citizens and collectives in national combat of liberation, especially to members from the 1st Czechoslovak army corps in USSR, army members, members of Ministry of the Interior and Public militia, officials and labourers of Communist party of Czechoslovakia, organs and organizations of National front, administration organs etc.
