Commemorative medal of the Czechoslovak army abroad
Established: 15.10.1943 by Czechoslovak exile government in London.
Awarded to: members of Czechoslovak units abroad, who fought against fascism.
Grades or repetitive conferment: every medal has bronze badge on the ribbon, which indicates the location of involvement: "SSSR" (USSR); "Velká Británie" (Great Britain); "Francie" (France); "Střední východ" (Middle East). Secondary locations are indicated by smaller badges.
Notes: medal could have been awarded to foreign nationals, who took a part in fight for liberty of Czechoslovakia or were attached and served in Czechoslovak military units abroad, but at minimum of 2 months.
